We have a requirement to send the change data of skill availability from FSM to PSO through Schedule Process, and it should not send the data through LOAD operation. Is it possible to implement the change through schedule process.

FSM does not have a built-in mechanism (out of the box) to send only skill availabilities without initializing the load using the perform_initialize_threesixty MPM as far as I can recall.

Initialization is fine, LOAD will happen everyday on a specified time but it should not send resource skill availability data in that, it should only send if a CHANGE happens.
