We are considering using the Repair Board in FSM U27. We currently use Repair Centre. From what I can see, the Repair Board is only present in the Smart Client and not the Web Client. Is that the case or is some menu configuration required to see it in the Web Client?

Hi Barry,

As far as I know, this screen is currently only available in the Smart Client and cannot be accessed in the Web Client through menu configurations. The Repair Board feature is not currently prioritized for the Web Client, as the majority of our customers are service-based. This would most likely require an enhancement request. You can submit an enhancement request via https://community.ifs.com/ideas for this feature to be considered for the Web Client.
