Is there a way to disable the “hover” capabilities of the global menu?
Currently if the user’s mouse passes over the global menu icon it automatically “flies out” their short cuts. The user must then click it repeatedly to get it to go away.

AFAIK, this is not something that can be configured. Maybe customised, not sure.
But this happens and it’s annoing, I agree. But it is just 2 clicks to close the menu again.
