Hi Team,

We are looking for option to tag key fields like Request ID, Place ID into the Notification Log which can be used later to filter & display linked Notification log within the Request Screen.

We tried using the View which extracts the Request ID & Place ID from the Notification Message Subject, but the volume of this lookup & amount data is causing performance issue for Request Screen.

So, we are looking for any alternative solution,

We configured a View with columns using the substring from the Subject, which will be defined as RequestID, Place ID and then, added reference to the same in the UI Designer for Request Screen. It functionally solves the requirement, but we are facing the performance issue when loading the Request Screen (& that’s because of the amount of data).

How about creating a new dedicated screen? 

Why do you need the data on the Request screen itself?

Users want to have quick access to communications sent with the Request screen.

We are currently trying to use Lobby Element, but not sure about the performance implications.
