FSM Non part usage transaction amount value for travel line code differs from actual amount

When a technician travels, there is an entry in the transaction amount field in the NPU usage(labor and expense) in seconds.

But sometimes it differs from the actual time spent in travel in one of the env.

total travel by the event logs is 10.06AM-9.07 AM= .98h

But the amount is 2354=2354/3600=.65h
