FSM Mobile Sync for Alias Table

Hi team , 

 

Can Anyone tell me, How to Sync the Alias Table in  Mobile , Like I Have created a part need alias in FSM Smart Client (part_need_alias) . I am trying to sync the same table in mobile by creating a sync rule for part_need_alias , but I did not find any data in mobile . When tried to execute the SQL query for part_need_alias I found table or view does not exists . 

Please suggest.

Hi @Muthujayashree ,

Can you please supply screenshots and/or details of the table created, its metadata and the sync rules?

It is likely that something is missing in the setup and that is why it is not finding anything.

How did you create the table and sync rule?
