In the FSM mobile app you have a ‘Important Information’ box. One of the messages is “You have x jobs overdue!”
Where is this specific message managed? I would like to exclude tasks of a certain type in the count.

These notifications are controlled by some application parameters. (Param name starts with “Notify”. Hope this may help.

Thanks, but those only contol the amount of days. I want also to exclude some tasks by condition. Isn’t there somewhere a query that is managing the count?

The way you can control the numbers in the important information section is by changing the param values. It will display the values based on the number of days. Thank you.

I understand that. But I don't want to change the number of days, those are fine.
But also based on a condition. Like don't count if task.type != repair.
