I’m trying to find where it managed to make the complete button read-only.
Anyone knows? By default, it’s read-only when task is not in status ‘In progress’

Check the client scripts related to this screen (specially refresh script). If you are unable to find any enable/disable options written in the scripts, then this is coming from the code level.

This button comes from code level.
But if you use Debrief Review instead of the Debrief Signature screen, use can override this button from the client script.
I don't know why, but it's now working as expected on my phone. Maybe it was a hickup or something or a emulator thingy.
