Does FSM Mobile version 6.19 support Android 12? 

Update 14 has this stated:

  • The Mobile Client Requirements in the Install/Upgrade Guides have been updated to include support for Android 12 and iOS/iPadOS 15.

We want to confirm if we need to upgrade to 6.20, which was stated in a community note that 6/20 supports android 7-12.

Hi Mark,

yes, Update 19 does support Android 12.
 



You can find this kind of information in the “FSM6OnPremiseInstallation” documentation that is included in your installation package under \Documentation\Install-Upgrade.

We have just updated from FSM 6.7 to FSM 6.24

 

Can you please let me know what Android version does FSM 6.24 supports?

@Shaik Hi, 6.24 supports Android 7 through Android 13.
