Longshot i know….what is the likelyhood of a workflow in FSM Mobile picking up the incorrect Task ID from a getCurrentKeys("task", "task_id"); call?

 

We had Task notes appearing on the incorrect Task (a Task that had been completed a week earlier)

Hi @MartinF,

Sounds like something, somewhere along the lines isn’t as specific as it’s been assumed to be.

How are the Task ID’s assigned in the system? Automatically or by user?

Was this a mobile user adding notes to a task and then those notes appearing on a different task in the backoffice? Was this in addition to the correct task or instead of?

Would need to know more of the specifics of this issue to know for sure what has caused the issue here.
