We have created many FSM Lobbies and Elements.  They are great for the users since when they 1st log in they are able to see things they should work on.  The ask though is to be able to DOWNLOAD the data into excel (or another editable format).  We have not found a way to download the data.  Does anyone know a work around for this?

My first though it that maybe we somehow create a REPORT that can dynamically pull the lobby data - no idea how that would work though since we would ideally create 1 report that could pull any of the lobby / element data the user selects (aka only pulling 1 of the elements not all of them).

We are on the cloud version of FSM 6.0

@MABLGB0 do you know a way of doing this?

Kind regards,

Lee Pinchbeck

Hi,

Alas - I do not believe there is anyway to directly download the data to Excel.

And I have heard this request before - no use to you of course in terms or a solution.

Potential Workaround:

Each lobby element has an associated SQL script in the data element.

Perhaps you could create a new element on your lobby withReport Links (with same SQL logic) to match the Lobby element you want to download data from.

Kind regards
