Customers cannot see the IOS executable in Mobile service as usual. How could they get it? does it related to VPP process?

Yes. VPP is the process which introduced by Apple ( not from IFS ) to publish custom B2B apps for iOS in volume. So, side loading is not allowed, and customers’ the customer will need to enroll within the VPP process, and they must inform to IFS.

It is just like an Apple store, but it is individual/private to the given user/customer. When we publish a application to customers, VPP store, they can download it but no one else (other customers) can see it or download.

That’s why you cannot see the IOS executable in Mobile Service and you must follow VPP process to get the application.

For FSM, this is the process which used since FSM5.7 Update 5 onward
