+18FSM: Is there any possibility to exist integration_log_detail record without a relation with integration_log record?
One of the customers has millions of integration_log_details records without connection with integration_log records.
Can we remove all those records from integration_log_detail table?

All detail records should have an associated integration_log record. It would seem these are orphaned records. You should be okay to remove but may want to investigate how they came to be orphaned in the first place.
