Hello Specialist,

In the request table, if you choose a particular contract, I would like the LOV of request_type to show a list of the types of requests that contract can fulfill.

What is the best way to filter LOVs?

Hi @rodrigocivil18

Can you please elaborate?

Which client? How contract is chosen? What is LOV? Maybe some screenshots?

Cheers!

Of course, @Shneor Cheshin

I'll point out the processes here.

1- I created a contract with my client to be covered for a certain place;

2- When I open a request and choose the place and the contract;

3- In the request_type field, I would like only the types of requests that the contract can handle to appear in the list of values (LOV) or in the global_code_table, in this example, I would like only the types of request connectivity, uninstall and Instal Smart

Summary:
From the choice of contract, you must filter in the request_type field only the options that I have chosen in yellow

Hi @rodrigocivil18

I am not sure how the contract entity works.

Have you considered using a lookup? And configure the ‘Lookup Navigation’?

Cheers!

Hi @rodrigocivil18

Please look at

FSM6 - Set lookup search values based on some logic | IFS Community

Also, try to look at baseline lookup configurations.

If this does not help, feel free to ping me on TEAMS.

Cheers!
