Hi Team,

 

The customer portal's email or password field is left empty, a message is displayed showing 'OK' instead of the intended message. I have attached a screenshot below for reference.

What’s the FSM version are you using here? Did you also try to do the same with an incognito view? If nothing is customized nor configured on the portal, then it might be a potential bug.

Thank you for your reply. I am currently using version FSM6U24, and even after trying to access it in incognito mode, the 'OK' message persists. Please note that this baseline version has not been customized or configured.
