Hi,

FSM Smart Client running on a Citrix platform.

Does the client write to any logs around it’s own performance or abrupt closures.

I have users stating FSM Client suddenly shuts down without any warning. But it’s only users who run their desktop on our Citrix platform. Anyone running FSM from a standard laptop session is ok.

I want to be able to assist our Virtual Desktop Team in root causing this and wondering if there’s anywhere some logs are written to.

All our Apps and Servers are on-prem. I do think this could be memory related and FSM becomes a victim and a Memory spike on the server and abruptly ends, but need some information to help support this.
