What is the baseline, expected behavior of Allocations in FSM in the event that a Task is returned to Open status in order to un-schedule it?

Currently we are seeing tasks being committed to handheld device even after they are returned to Open status on the client, when our auto commit / scheduled process runs 48 hours before planned start date.

Hi, I do not have a case open. We are going though some upgrades etc with PSO, so currently have our auto-commit feature disabled. But once we have returned to business as usual, I will re-evaluate the issue and open a case if necessary. Thanks
