I found the issue in Mass update of tasks in FSM 6U3 fresh installation. It seems, the bug in 6.3 and it works fine in 6.4 (refer image 02 for 6.3 issue)

However, I have to fix this for a 6.3 customer without upgrade to 6.4

Anybody have workaround for this? Or else did I do something wrong?

This should be changed to Completed status and Processed count should be 4(equal to Total).

Hi Anjula - Unfortunately it will not be possible to correct this in Update 3.  The best way to get the fix would be to go to the latest update for FSM 6, which is Update 5.  If that is not possible, then your hands are tied.  The only other way to get the correction would be to have a hotfix.  Only severity 1 or 2 issues will be considered for hotfixes though.
