We have just installed FSM 6.4 in our test environment, but cant find how to access the Technician Portal.  We installed the Web Client (of which i understand the Technician Portal is part of?), however if we try and log in as a TECHPORTAL licence we get an error stating user is only configured for Tech Portal access.  So how do we log in as Tech Portal?

Just replace <yourwebserver> string below with what you have on your environment and it should work. 

https:<yourwebserver>/WebClientPortals/auth/login?auth=fsm&logintype=tech

 


Thanks, we were missing the ‘&logintype=tech’

 

Curious as to how we should have known to add this to the end of the standard web client url?
