Good Day,
Iam created a business rule to send notification however i want to make a change on the “Notification Message” From address i want to refer to a specific column which has email address . The column indicates the EMAIL ADDRESS of the person created a request . So the FROM address changes and refers to person created the RID. Is there anyway i can do that?

You should be able to do this by creating a distribution list to select the appropriate id from the record and then add this to the from field on the notification message.
