+3We are using the IFS FSM6 Application for our Field Service Operation in different Business Cases such as Telecom, Retail etc..
It is almost an year since we Deployed and Go-Live FSM Application in LATAM Region (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia). Since then we are getting this as continuous feedback from our End-Customer to support Forgot Password option on Web Client Screen.
Please suggest When IFS is planning to bring this Option for End-User to reset their Password.

I do not believe this is in the current roadmap for FSM. If you wish to suggest improvements for any of the IFS products you can do this via the Idea section of the Community.
