I'm encountering an issue while attempting to integrate with the PSO.
The following error is returned:
I’ve confirmed that the service account is configured, but the system still cannot resolve the hostname. Has anyone faced a similar issue with DNS resolution or OpenID parameters during PSO integration?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ashen,
looks like your IFS Cloud environment can’t connect to the PSO environment as it can’t find the host. How does your environment setup look like? You need to make sure that IFS Cloud is able to reach PSO. You can test this via making a connection into the IFS Cloud connect pod and try to browse to PSO RESTful Gateway.
Note if your PSO environment is installed into K8s the URL to the Gateway is different (…/pso/gateway).

Hi @roklde, I tested the URL by connecting to the IFS Cloud Connect pod, and it seems like it's not able to resolve the DNS for the PSO environment URL. Let me take a look at it. I really appreciate your assistance.
