Expired Dataset in PSO

Hello everyone,

Recently, one of the datasets from PSO has disappeared. I checked and it appears in expired status although no one has changed it that way. How can I reactivate it again? I am using an integration between IFS Cloud and PSO.

Any idea?

I guess it expired because there were no update messages coming. Since this is now older than a day anyway, the next full load should solve it. Still surprising, with a daily load the dataset should never expire.

Understood. I think that's actually the problem. Full load hasn't worked for a few days because of this error. We're trying to fix it. Any idea what it might be?

I would check the LOAD audit in PSO, the app message in Cloud, and then  create a ticket.
