Expanding the width of fields in Search

Hello all, 

 

Is there a way to expand the fields so that the entire text to be visible in the dropdown list?

In case this is not possible, is there a way to display  the entire text when the users hover the cursor over the available options in the dropdown list ?
 

Please provide your inputs...

Hi,

  This is fixed and if you want to see all the data then you can change field from drop down to lookup field

Since it's not possible to expand the field, is it at least possible to preview the text when the user hovers over the available options in the list?

Hi @StathisM 

I think @sujoin solution is valid and good.

However, if you insist you could add a new panel section to your search panel

  • When you click one of the fields, a green ‘+’ sign will show
  • Click it and add a new panel
  • Then add the field
  • Configure the field size properties
