I am new to configuring Surveys so this may be a simple question.
I want a Survey to execute when the status is ‘onsite’.
In which Business Rule or screen do I enter the logic to ‘Execute Survey x when the Task Status is onsite’ ?

It is not possible to launch a survey based on a task status.
However, there is a risk assessment survey that is typically used before any work is started that could be used for this purpose.

+8You would be able to create a client script that jumps to that particular survey group screen in the mobile on status xyz (assuming you are working on the mobile device).
With this you can trigger that survey on status “on site”, on refresh screen script or a custom button for example.
