Hi,

Can someone help me or guide me in the resolution of the warning above?

Does this means there are some issues in the installation or could it be some connection problem (see image below)?

Is there a documentation for this topic?

Hi Stefania, I compared your screenshot with one of my instances. “Components” look similar, but my Connection String looks different:

data source=xxxx;initial catalog=HTMEUR;user id=psoapp;password=*****

Hi Stefania,

are you using the correct TravelMatrixId in PSO parameters? If you set it to a different value than the licenced Id you will receive such errors.
