When entering a new Note_Type record or try to edit an existing record I receive the following error:

This was working fine as far as I know and this is the first time I have attempted this activity with NOTE_TYPES since upgrading to FSM6u32 around a year ago,

Hi @AngeloPav ,

We have FSM6U32 as well, but don’t have the issue when inserting/updating a note_type.

It’s strange you have the message like that.

Usually, the message like that caused by missing setup in the metadata.

Maybe try to check the metadata and table definition of NOTE_TYPE table in that environment and compare the setup in other environment(s).

Also try to insert the table by importing (Excel import) the data, see whether it’s successful or not.

It could be from there you will be able to get more information to handle the error.

Succes!
