error in service management request creation

I am trying to initiate a serv request which shows me below error-

I am surprised as where is resource 1 being used here? I chose a service & serv organization that are nowhere linked to resource 1

also, I have connected the resource 1 with site 10005

Check if your user has access to site 10005 in Site Per User.

User has access to this site but still can’t access it .

Do you have a resource demand defined on the standard task? Is that resource group linked to the site?
