The message can appears when changing task status (to “Reviewed”), click hyperlink from Task result list to go a task, adding a note on a task, etc.

All that was determined is the api/fsm/ errors indicate an issue with an integration. As the original poster never posted further information it was not possible to determine a specific cause though it would not likely be the same for the error you have here.
The same information would need to be looked at here. It may be worth also checking the integration logs as that may contain more detail on the error.
