Error due to already existing mobile app package name

Hi Experts,

This is a query that came from our customer who is attempting to distribute the FSM android mobile app via the intune MDM.

I saw similar queries made here and here (last comment) but didn’t see an answer.

Appreciate if someone can help out with this one.

Hi @Miraj,

As per the answer from Brian in 2nd post, you need to change the package name to be unique in order to distribute the app via Intune.

I’ve done something similar for other customers due to this issue.

But I'm interested to know any other solutions if anyone knows.

@Anjula Priyanath So in your case, did you have to rebuild the apk (like doing a customization with Android Studio etc) ?
