I am looking to harness the ECO module to help organize our Engineering Change Orders. We need to pass 3 additional fields when generating the Requests. What process drives the Engineering change module?
data to pass would go into (request.payment_id + request.group + request.cust_prob_descr)

request.group and request.cust_prob_descr can be passed through the request template. Create a request template and define the request group and cust_prob_descr in the request template.
Then add the created request template to the ECO.
Then the requests created from the ECO will inherit the request group and cust_prob_descr accordingly.
