In PSO we can configure the user of Real Time Travel to further optimize travel time. Currently, in our set-up, I can choose between NONE and TOMTOM.
Is there a way of adding additional providers?

Hi Steven,
I’m afraid but TomTom seems to be the only supported Service for Real Time Travel at the moment.
You can raise a idea to include a new Service Provider at: https://community.ifs.com/ideas
Eventually it will be considerd in a future release, if the Product Team will see a demand for it.
