We just moved to 15.4.3 ( from 14.5)
On a few Actions Groups , when we load them on the dispatch console (from the Astea Browser) we got a display error with red crosses
The initial load is usually OK , the red cross is happening when both navigation bars are used to view passed ord future data or the remaing technicians.
Loading the latest view works , but it fails as user is moving on the console or trying to do actions on the service orders.
Any idea to address this display issue
We uninstalled and reinstalled many times the browser
The same action group is working fine from other PCs
