Up to and including release 23R2, the Resource Group ID is missing in the selector and LOV for field Resource ID in the Assign assistant in the Dispatch Console. Today, only the Resource Group Description is visible and it’s not possible to add the Group ID using Page Designer (the available field Resource Group only contains the Resource Group description).

It would be really helpful to see the actual Resource Group ID when using the Assign assistant.
