Disable Delete option from Notes Tab

Please let me know we can disable Delete option under Notes Tab of Task Screen.

Can you share a screenshot of the page and where you are currently able to delete records?

Can we remove modify from Notes.

The easiest way to disable the delete function is to remove it from the UI, via UI designer.

Go to UI designer → Open the task screen → go to the notes tab → click the delete button → click the ‘X’ sign to remove the button.

The other way is with a client script, either to hide or disable the button.

Do disable the edit option, click the ‘text’ field and configure it as ‘EDIT’ see screenshot below.

This is what the note looks like after removing the delete and edit buttons.
