DateTimeNoTZ in web client

Hi All,

 

w have requirement to show few datetime related columns show same values for all FSM user irrespective of logged in users machine time zone .  we have a setup in custom metadata with mask type as “DateTimeNoTZ” . this functionality working fine as expected in Smart Client. Web client , it is not working . even though we configured masktype in UI design . is there any setting need to be done separately to show same value as smart client ?  . please note that this requirement  is only for few fields a nd not  for entire application

Hey @seeda 

There was a product bug that was fixed after UPD13 (can’t remember which one).

What version are you using?

Hey @seeda 

I opened a case for a similar issue in UPD13.

Either it is not fixed or there is a regression in recent updates. 😔

I will try to find the case and get updated status from engineering.

This was alegedly fixed on UPD14.

I would recommend rasiing a support call with your issue.
