In my customer order, when I click the tab “alarm” I see numerous lines that have a “time” alarm but do not know how to get rid of them. I know I can “acknowledge” them but how do you get them to completely go away?

@Dekforce94 is this in IFS Cloud? Or in FSM standalone application? AFAIK there’s no Alarm tab in IFS CLoud in the Customer Order LU. I guess a screenshot would be beneficial.
