We are looking into how we can display customer locations and engineer location on a map. I understand there may be some functionality in IFS to allow this. I’m unsure what the functionality is called or where to even start.
We are currently on Apps 9.

You raised the question in the Community group for the ‘FSM and PSO’ product group.
Since the issue is related to IFS Apps, I think you will be able to get answers quickly if you raise the question in the relevant product-specific group [Ex: Products(Manufacturing, Products, Engineering)] or by changing the group.
