Looking for inputs from IFS experts, is it feasible to create your own API within the FSM platform that can be exposed to third party applications outside IFS for a synchronous communication?

+22FSM itself has an API available (native XML & JSON REST API) other than FSM Connect. As long as you are aware about the invoking methods, you can simply establish a synchronous communication between external systems and fsm both.
