In 25R1, created Service Recurring for calendar with Days as 1 interval and noticed that consolidated Request is generated.
by how we can generate the request for this scenario ?

Could you please add a screenshot of your schedule and scope tabs too? Is your schedule properly generated? Are you using a pattern? If there are valid schedule lines with scopes underneath them I don’t see a reason for it is not to generate.
You can try clicking on the Schedule line and do a manual generation too.
As far as I remember, consolidated means the existed behavior. Where a request was created for each schedule line. If it is something like object based, even in the same schedule line, multiple requests will be generated for each object (please double check documentations on the functionality :) )

These looks ok. Could you please send the error you get for manual generation? Is your valid from date was a future date, when you were trying to generate RSP?
