I am trying to change the commit rules so activities are committing at 7am on the DAY BEFORE they are scheduled. All shifts begin at 9am, so I set the Time Before Shift Start to 1day 2hours and Time Horizon to 1day. 

Could anyone tell me where I’ve went wrong, shifts not committing as expected.
