Hi,

we have a custom service report sent to customer once a technician (via mobile) set a task to completed.

In the design, the custom service report has a subreport in it. 

For 1 technician, the generated report attached in the email has error saying “data retrieval failed for the subreport..”.

This technician also has access to webclient.

When the tech. prints the report form webclient, the report will be printed correctly.

Any idea where to check the issue?
