We have engineers using Service Quotations and they will attach documents / photos to the Service Quotation via MWO.
The Attachments can be seen on MWO but when the Quote is returned to IFS we cannot find the attachments.
There is no Failed Transaction, the MWO Device is fully synced and showing ‘Idle’ so we cannot work out where they have gone.

Are you sure that the user you are logged in with has access to the document that is uploaded on the mobile?
Yes, I am user and can see attachments done via Work Order but not via Service Quotation?
This has happened for other users and viewing as Sys Admin they do no appear still.

Could it be that the document hasn't finished uploading on the mobile device yet?
I just tried this myself and didn't face any issues.
