I am trying to delete or cancel a task that is MWO transferred but it shows me error saying “Task is transferred to mobile”, how can I do this? 

When I try to delete the demand, it shows this

When I cancel the task, it shows this

Yes checked both of them but could not find any option.

One link says that till assignment is in work started, you can cancel but I am not sure what state was it in & the assignment is now cancelled (so cant check from MWO now) but task is not getting cancelled/deleted.

Other link says that task can be cancelled but not deleted but I am unable to even cancel that.


or how can I set “Exclude from scheduling property” of tasks so that at least they don’t appear on Dispatch console. The user gets confused when he sees such tasks on DC.
