Can't see resource shift on dispatch console

We assigned shift to resource but it doesn't show in dispatch console .

When you select the resource and click “Resource Availability” you can check if shifts have been generated (then they should also be visible in DC and PSO). If there are no shifts, make sure you click “Generate Schedules and Capacity” after specifying the shift pattern/HR schedule.

Hi @Alexander Heinze 

 

As below we can see , shift I manually assigned also generated shift template and generated resource capacity and schedule but still no clue why in DC its not showing

I’ve seen refresh delays of a couple of minutes, but other than that no ideas at the moment, sorry...

we are able to generate resource shift pattern and its now showing in dispatch too. Thanks for help
