Calendar based PM Action

Hello ! I work on IFS Aurena and IEE. I was wondering when you generate a maintenance plan with a calendar base PM Action, the WO will be generated on the due date automatically (by a background job), or the user have to generate by the screen Calendar Generation each week for example?

 

If so, could we program a Calendar Generation automatically ?

Hi @Pbobe,

You can generate work order manually or Automatic generation also possible.

1.If you need to generate manually, you can use “Calendar Generation” function as already mentioned.

 

  1. Unless you can create a recurring schedule to execute this based on your requirement.
  2. Create a Scheduled database Task similar to below.
