Baseline task creation

I am not 100% clear about the question.

There are a few options to create a task.

1. Attache a task template to the request template. So when the specific request template is created the task with the specified task template is created.
2. It can be done by configuration of business rules.

If you will elaborate we might give you more accurate answer

Baselien functionality: When a request template is added and saved it creates tasks according to the task templates specifed inside the request template.

How does the baseline fuctionality handled? is it done through a baseline Business rule?

Requirement: if the sbove functionality is handles through a business rule I need to configure that to populate some more fields to the task table.

I believe it is hard-coded to the baseline product code.

You can create more/other business rules to populate other fields and/or populate them on the task template and derive them into the task record. Depends on the requirements.
