Hello,
I have discovered a number of instances where PSO seems to have “Assigned” a task, however it does not have any auto scheduling time commitment, nor was it manually scheduled by a user. All that is present is a phantom FSM event indicating the FSM status change to Assigned, by IFS_PSO. The owner nor the planned start date have been updated.
What could be causing this?
