absence requests

I applied few absence requests , which I confirmed & approved but while authorizing it, it shows me below, please guide on this

Also, these absence requests are not visible in dispatch console though it seems it is integrated in dispatch console

To resolve the previous error I posted above, I thought of entering some intervals for absence

I filled all required fields but there is no option to save.
