Any tips to change the order of the Object Connections?

This is how it’s displayed today

We would like to get the order that is defined in Default definitions -Documents, Events, Map Positions and Media to improve the usability as intended in standard.

Have tried to apply defaults and edit the order of the service list without any luck

(We have the same issue in  24R1 SU12)

Hi @HAFFRASVE, @Tom Leenheer,

I reported this issue some time ago to R&D and it has been fixed in 25R2, as case reporting the issue had priority 4.

Regards,

Pilar

Hi @HAFFRASVE

Order of the attachment panel generally follows the order of the services defined for an LU in the object connection page(see the examples below). If you do update the order, then you probably have to do a refresh cache and log out log in again to see your changes.

Thanks for testing @Asitha Rajapaksha - I can remove Documents, Events, Map Positions and Media , and add other services to JtTask and then it works as you describe.

But when I add try to add them back in the the order I want it, or apply the default definitions it always reverts to the order Map Positions,  Documents, Media and Events.

Do you get the same result for JtTask in your environment?

@HAFFRASVE Hi i can confirm your problem.

It somehow does not save the sorting order other then the default one.

I tried for an hour or so to move the map to the last place. refresh cashe etc…..

In version:Application service update: 25.1.4

In the IFS demo env. with Application service update: 25.2.0

it seems to work normally.

@Tom Leenheer Thanks for your feedback! We will upgrade to 25R2 later this year, but I will create a ticket to support to check if they can fix our issue with a script.
